To participate in one of the "Participate" events of goosebumps & glory by K. L. Øpstad, whether as a test reader, to subscribe to the newsletter, or other events, you must accept these terms.
 

• You confirm that you provide personal data of your own free will and that you are aware that you can request that this be deleted at any time.
   

• By providing your personal information, you allow goosebumps & glory by K. L.  Øpstad to use it as stated below.
   

• If you wish to delete your personal data, send an email to kristoffer@goosebumpsandglory.com with the subject line "Delete me". Personal data associated with the sender's e-mail address will then be deleted.
   

• goosebumps & glory by K. L. Øpstad does not resell personal information and uses the information you provide exclusively to be able to offer the services you have signed up for, such as newsletters, test reading, physical events, etc. In addition to this, the information is used in anonymized form for marketing and further development of goosebumps & glory by K. L. Øpstad's business. 
   

• All material, both intangible and physical that is shared by goosebumps & glory by K. L. Øpstad is and remains its property unless otherwise explicitly communicated in writing.
   

• In some cases, participation in a "Participate" activity will involve buying/selling. In these cases, you confirm that you are legally qualified to do so, e.g. that you are above the legal minimum age for such activities.
   

• Certain "Participate" activities may have their own special conditions. If so, these are disclosed in the information covering the activity in question. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also accept the special terms and conditions that apply to you.
   

• These terms are subject to Norwegian law. Any dispute arising from these and which is not resolved amicably shall be dealt with according to Norwegian law and by Søndre Østfold District Court.
